How long does it
take you to ship or deliver my gifts?
We always try
to ship or deliver your gifts within 24 hours. However, during the busy
holiday season, we require a bit more lead time. When placing large orders, it is
best to schedule delivery well in advance so that we can ensure that we have the
best selection of products available to make your gifts spectacular.

Can I provide my logo items or other items to be included in the gifts?
Absolutely!
As Corporate Gift Specialists, we understand how important company branding is
to you. We will gladly incorporate any items you wish to provide.

Do you provide logo or
promotional items?
We are a
full-service gift company and will be happy to help you find the perfect items
to best represent and promote your company. Whether you need a company
logo coffee mug that you want us to fill, wrap and tie with a bow - or t-shirts

How can
I get my company name or logo imprinted on the ribbon?
Because we
know how important your company image and logo are, we will gladly imprint the
ribbon used in the bow with your company name and/or logo. We simply need a
clean black and white copy of the logo to create a plate. When your order
is complete, we can either sell the remaining ribbon to you, or hold it for use
with future orders.

Can I send the same
gift to multiple addresses?
Yes.
We can deliver or ship to as many addresses as you'd like. Please speak with
one of our Gift Delivery Coordinators to make shipping or delivery arrangements.

Can I set up
billing terms for my corporate account?
Yes.
We can invoice your company on a monthly basis, but require a credit card to
keep on file. Please contact one of our Corporate Gift Specialists to
arrange for monthly billing terms. Or you can
email us and request a Corporate Account
Application. Please be sure to include your fax number in the email
request.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, order
as many or as few gifts as you need.

Can I change an order
once it has been placed?
Possibly,
but it is best if you have all of the information together before
placing your order.
Sometimes we can cancel or change an order, but once we have begun the process
of fulfilling your order, there may be a restocking charge associated with the
cancellation/change. If you need fewer gifts than originally planned, and
we haven't completed the order, we can adjust the quantity provided there are no
special order items included. If you need a greater quantity than planned,
we need to know as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments in
production and product. We will certainly make every effort to work with
you as we know that sometimes things change.

Can I order a custom design, or do I have to order from your catalog of pre-made
designs?
Just like
every company is different, all of our gifts are different. We customize our
gifts to fit your needs and the image you wish to present. We will
gladly send one of our Corporate Gift Specialists out to meet with you and
determine exactly what you are looking for in a gift. Our Corporate Gift
Specialist will work with your budget and the impression you'd like to make, and
offer the best gift solutions possible that meet your requirements.
