Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using UPS ground service. Overnight, next day, 2nd day, and 3 day options are available at increased rates.

Your cost will depend on the type of service selected. UPS rates vary depending on a variety of factors. We will bill you only the actual shipping costs determined by the shipping options you choose.

Local delivery in the greater Austin, TX area is available and delivery charges are calculated based on location within the greater Austin and outlying areas.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon will be shipped within 72 hours guaranteed. If you order before 12:00pm, we can usually ship the same day, but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. If you would like to specify a date for your gift basket to be shipped, please indicate the shipping or arrival date in the Comments section of the Online Order Form.
